In 2007, Rocass Homes was awarded “Best Home in the
Rio Grande Valley Builders Association's Parade of Homes” in the price category over $600,000. That year, the company won the highest award of the RGVBA Parade: “Best of Show” for its model home at Lago Escondido in the master-planned community of Sharyland Plantation.
